- Framing material was mixture of FSC-certified and reclaimed lumber.
- Exterior doors and windows were fabricated from reclaimed lumber purchased from Arborica/Evan Shively.
- Interior doors were fabricated from reclaimed lumber purchased from Arborica/Evan Shively.
- Interior Douglas fir paneling was salvaged material from EarthSource.
Carbon Footprint Reduction
- Existing 1950's appliances replaced with new ENERGY STAR appliances.
- New insulation added to open areas of structure during course of work.
Healthy Interiors
- UltraTouch Cotton insulation was used in floors, ceilings and walls.
