- Framing material was mixture of FSC-certified and reclaimed lumber.
- Exterior door and windows were fabricated from reclaimed lumber.
- Cabinetry fabricated from FSC-certified solid stock by Stephen Marshall Cabinetry.
Carbon Footprint Reduction
- Existing 1950's appliances replaced with new ENERGY STAR appliances.
- New insulation added to open areas of structure during course of work.
Healthy Interiors
- UltraTouch Cotton insulation was used in floors, ceilings and walls.
